"Initially Hesitant, But Here’s My Take"
After reading a bunch of negative reviews, I was kinda unsure about signing up. However, since so many YouTube creators I trust are backing curiosityStream and Nebula, I decided to give it a shot anyway.
Up to now, I haven’t faced any issues. A lot of those bad reviews mentioned a lack of support responses, but I reached out to them with a question about what happens if I cancel my annual plan. Would I lose access right away or would it last until the next billing cycle? I had a few other queries too.
Initially, I got a response from a support bot, but there was a button in the email to escalate it to a real person. I clicked that, and within three business days, I received a helpful reply from an actual human. So, no complaints on that front.
I can’t say for sure if they ignore emails from folks who’ve been double-charged, but I doubt it, especially with the platform being so heavily promoted on YouTube and boasting over 13 million paying subscribers.
Overall, it’s been a solid experience so far.

"Stunning visuals and awesome science together"
I really enjoy checking out the documentaries, and I’m particularly fond of the amazing photography and videos—they're just top-notch. On top of that, you get a variety of info, so there’s always something new to discover. Staying curious definitely keeps you feeling youthful.
