"I was a bit nervous but…"
After seeing all the bad reviews I was a bit hesitant to sign up but since curiosityStream and Nebula is being endorsed by so many, in my eyes trustworthy, YouTube creators so I did it anyway.
So far I have not had a single problem. In many of the bad reviews it said that there was no response from support but I wrote to the support and askedWhat would happen if I cancelled my annual plan. Would I lose access immediately or until next billing period? along with a couple of other questions.
At first you get a reply from a support bot but in the email there is a button that you can press to get the email redirected to a real human. I did that and within three business days I got a real usable reply. So I have nothing to complain about there.
Of course I have no idea if they simply ignore emails from people who got charged twice on their credit card but I think it's highly unlikely when the platform is being endorsed so heavily on YouTube and they have over 13 million paying subscribers.
A great experience so far.
(I will of course update this review if any anything changes)

"Beautiful pics and great science combined"
I love watching the Documentaries and especially like the photography and videos they are outstanding. Plus you get access to multiple types of information so you are always learning new things. Learning keeps you young at heart.
